O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the credit of the Cancer Institute (WIA), East Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order dated 25.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9342 of 2020.

2. It is avered in this petition that the petitioner attempted to reach Chennai to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/-to the credit of the Cancer Institute (WIA), East Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai and the sum been futile due to lockdown and could not able to get E-Pass and he has no acquaintance in Chennai to deposit the same. 3.It is seen that this Court already ordered in Crl.O.P.No.9342 of 2020 by order dated 25.06.2020 the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of the Cancer Institute (WIA), East Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed condition by this Court on 25.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9342 of 2020 cannot be modified. Hence, this Petition is dismissed. However, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of the Cancer Institute (WIA), East Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai from the date on which, this order copy made ready.
