ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the second respondent police to forthwith investigate the case in Crime No.177 of 2015 dated 12.07.2015 and file a final report before the Competent Criminal Court within a time frame. 2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.177 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible.
