Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider the Petitioner's application dated 07.10.2015 filed under Sub-Section (1) and (2) of Section 15 of Sick Industries Companies Act, 1985 submitted as per the direction of the Court made in Criminal R.C. No. 941 of 2009 dated 06.07.2015 to implead the Petitioner as one of the necessary party /creditor in B.I.F.R. No. 267 of 2000 pertaining to M/s. B.V.V. Paper Industries Limited pending on the file of Respondent.
