No. 941 of 2009 dated 06.07.2015 to implead the Petitioner as one of the necessary party /creditor in B.I.F.R. No. 267 of 2000 pertaining to M/s. B.V.V. Paper Industries Limited pending on the file of Respondent.

O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that as the Respondent is no more in existence, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to work out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
