Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel, this Court is of the view that no further clarification is required on the order, dated 21/6/2016, since the same has been passed, after considering the submissions made by the learned counsels and on merits. Therefore, the order dated 21/6/16, passed in this writ petition, shall remain unaltered.
