Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/accused by order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9854 of 2020 by this Hon'ble Court in So far as it relates to appearing before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in clause (d) of the order dated 01.07.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9854 of 2020. 2.This Court, vide order dated 01.07.2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Except the above modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 01.07.2020 stand unaltered.
