O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ of Mandamus has been instituted to dispose of the pension proposals of the petitioner forwarded by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent in D.No.4199/2014 dated 26.09.2014. On instructions, the respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A & E) of Tamil Nadu sanctioned pension in favour of the petitioner on 19.05.2015. Consequently, the pension amount is being disbursed on monthly basis to the petitioner. That being so, there is no grievance exists as far as the pension proposal is concerned. If any other grievance exists relating to recovery of excess of pay or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority to redress his grievances in the manner known to law. 2/4

2. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
