This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in a case in Cr.No.21/2019 on the file of the respondent and subsequently direct the respondent to file a final report within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent has already completed the investigation and the same was closed as mistake of fact in Crime No.21 of 2019 as early as on 21.11.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
