Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.AMBALVANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 22.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.25205 of 2021 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
