This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 15.07.2016 under CSR. No. 260/2016 and to enquire the same in a manner known to law and to take necessary action against the accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.07.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No. 260 of 2016 and the same was closed on 16.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
