ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has filed two applications viz., one in respect of Crime No. 749 of 2020 and another in respect of Crime No. 607 of 2020. However, the application filed in respect of Crime No. 607 of 2020, has not been numbered but, whereas, both the applications have numbered in respect of Crime No. 749 of 2020. Thereby, he would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he would seek to file fresh application for anticipatory bail in Crime No. 607 of 2020.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh application with correct crime number.
