ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.27 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the during vehicle check conducted by the respondent in the border of Karnataka State, on seeing the Police personnel, unknown persons who came in a two wheeler left vehicle with bag and escaped the scene of occurence. Thereafter, on enquiry, the respondent police implicated the petitioner and others.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and coaccused has already released on bail by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner there is a previous case pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that the there is a previous case pending against the petitioner similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 24/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
