Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration, since the work entrusted to him has been completed. He also submitted that he spent Rs.18,000/- to complete the task.

2. Considering the said submission by the learned Advocate Commissioner, and taking into consideration the work done by him, this Court is inclined to allow Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as additional remuneration, which shall be paid by both the parties. Apart from the same, a sum of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) towards the expenses the Advocate Commissioner has incurred out of his pocket, shall also be paid.

3. Since the initial remuneration of Rs.50,000/- was paid by the defendants, insofar as this additional remuneration is concerned, out of Rs.50,000/-, Rs.25,000/- shall be paid by the defendants and Rs.25,000/- shall be paid by the plaintiff, http://www.judis.nic.in

KST which is pertaining to their shares. With regard to the expenses incurred by the Advocate Commissioner ie., Rs.18,000/-, the defendants shall pay Rs.12,000/- and the plaintiff shall pay Rs.6,000/-. These payments shall be made by the respective parties to the Advocate Commissioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff wants to file his objection to the Advocate Commissioner's report and he seeks two weeks time for the same.
