ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.10.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 2(c) r/w 20(b), (ii), (C) 25 and 29(i) (a) of NDPS Act in C.C.No.137 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner along with the other accused were found in possession of 150 kgs of Kanja. Hence the complaint.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in no way connected with the alleged offence and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after commencement of trial, the matter was posted for Investigating Officer's evidence in C.C.No.137 of 2019 on the file of the Special Principal District Judge, EC and NDPS Act, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Taking into consideration that the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court had dismissed the earlier application filed by the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
