The Petitioner herein wants to erect cell phone tower in a private land, seeks police protection.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents states that there is an objection in the locality for erecting the tower. Unless and until appropriate permission is obtained from the respective department, police protection cannot be granted and for that purpose, enquiry has to be conducted.

3. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and if they satisfy all the requirements under law, the police shall take necessary action.
