Mr.S.N.Kirubanandam, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the District Court to challenge the impugned order of Award. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach District Court within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
