ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 31.10.2019 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29 (1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.175 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 240 Kgs and 260 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint, 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case and prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 240 Kgs and 260 Kgs of Ganja. He further submits that there is a commercial quantity. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is a commercial quantity and considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
