This revision challenges the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram at Chengalpattu, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2017 of 2016 in C.A.No.24 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

3. Considering the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the order passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram at Chengalpattu, in Crl.M.P.No.2017 of 2016 in C.A.No.24 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the trial court towards compensation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further sum of Rs.50,000/- before such Court towards compensation on or before 30.01.2017.
