Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to implement the order of 3rd respondent vide proceedings in Number.RDR.159/2019/A2 dated 28.03.2019 within time bound manner fixed by this Court. ORDER

(1)This writ petition is filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to implement the orders passed by the 3rd respondent through proceedings dated 28.03.2019.

(2)The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has already directed the 4th respondent to carry out the survey and submit a report and in spite of the same, the 4th respondent has not carried out the directions given by the 3rd respondent. (3)Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 4th respondent complied with the orders passed by the 3rd respondent and also inspected the subject property. The 4th respondent found that the boundaries are not matching the available documents and therefore, had requested the petitioner to accordingly get the boundaries corrected to enable the 4th respondent to carry out the survey.

(4)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will take necessary steps to carry out the corrections and re-submit the documents to the 4th respondent. (5)This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to carry out the necessary corrections in such a way that it matches with the boundaries as it exists on the field and re-submit the papers to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent shall thereafter conduct the survey and submit a report to the 3rd respondent in order to enable the 3rd respondent to pass necessary orders regarding the addition of the name of the petitioner in the patta.
