Learned counsel Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned Senior Counsel and Mr.K.V.Ananthakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in O.P.No.1008 of 2015 and O.P.No.841 of 2015 respectively would file a joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 14.09.2017 duly executed by the learned counsels in O.P.No.1008 of 2015 and O.P.No.841 of 2015 authorising the counsel to withdraw the aforesaid Original Petitions. 2.The Joint Memorandum of Compromise is taken on record and the learned counsel are permitted to withdraw the Original Petitions. The Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected A.No.3369 of 2017 is closed.
