By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has also appeared before the enquiry and a direction has been given to the first respondent to conclude the proceedings.

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the enquiry will be completed in a reasonable time.

In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
