Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

2.The petitioner has filed the above writ petition, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017 and issue patta. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 15.04.2017, for transfer of patta from his father's name to his name. However, the second respondent has not consider the same yet. 4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
