Appln.No.2219 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed for extension of time to complete the arbitration proceedings pending before the sole arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the time to complete the arbitration proceedings pending before the sole arbitrator for a period of 6 months. Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
