The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to dispose of the representation dated 12.03.2022.
2.
Admittedly, the dispute exists between the petitioner, who is a member of R.C.Mehtha's Green Park Owner's Association/2nd respondent. Such disputes of civil nature cannot be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Mere direction to dispose of the representation would do no service to the cause of justice. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil court of law or Registrar of Societies by preferring an appeal under the Act for the purpose of redressal of his grievances. If any misappropriation of money of the association is involved, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint under the Code of Criminal Procedure and all such actions are permissible under law.
3.
With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Page No.2 of 4
