This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in W.P.No.37258 of 2015 dated 24.11.2015.

2. Ms.Rajeni Ramadass, learned counsel for the respondents by filing a calculation memo would submit that the entire terminal benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner, which is disputed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above fact, this contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, if he is still having any grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
