ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.04.2021 for the offence under Sections 324 and 302 of IPC in Cr.No.120 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that at the instigation of the petitioner/ A2, A1 committed murder of the victim. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.9379 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 26.05.2021 dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.9379 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
