ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.780 of 2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- or to furnish security having market value not less than Rs.50,00,000/-.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to modify the conditions.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
