SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY All the place and parcel of agricultural land in Nanjal S.No.141/2 to an extent of 0.77 Cents situated at Venkatesapuram Village, Koppur Madura, Tiruvallur Taluk Tiruvallur District being item No.1 of plaint schedule mentioned property. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MANIVANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.S.SURESH, ADVOCATE FOR 7 & 8 RESPONDENTS AND 1 TO 6 & 9 Respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the plaintiff. The suit for partition having been dismissed, the present appeal has been filed. Pending appeal, apprehending that respondents 7 and 8 are attempting to alienate, the present petition has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents 7 and 8 submitted that there is no intention to alienate or encumber the suit property, if it is so appropriate permission would be obtained from the Court.
