This revision is preferred against the order of learned I Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, Villupram District, passed in S.T.C.No.1300/2015 on 10.09.2015.

2. The case tried in STC.No.1300/15 on the file of I Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District has been settled at the Lok Adalat held on 10.09.2015 with the accused admitting to having committed offences u/s. 294(b) and 323 IPC and on payment of fine of Rs.1000/-. Aggrieved the defacto complainant has preferred this present revision.

3. We have heard the learned counsel for petitioner. The respondent/accused are before this Court through the good offices of the Public Prosecutor.

4. In the presence of this Court, the respondent apologized to the petitioner who graciously has accepted the apology. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this revision and the same shall stand closed.
