Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition passed in Crl.OP.No.9085 of 2022 by order dated 25.03.2022 specifically in Para 3(c) that the petitioners shall report before E-1 Mylapore police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders (Near to the residence of this petitioners) instead of the condition that the petitioners shall report before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KANDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9085 of 2022, dated 25.03.2022, in Paragraph No.3(c) that the petitioners shall report before E-1, Mylapore Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders (Near to the residence of the petitioners) instead of the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners sustained injuries and that they are unable to comply with the condition as stated above.

3. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the petitioners, the condition in Paragraph No.3(c) imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, E-1, Mylapore Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Hence, the petition for modification is allowed.
