At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits after drawing the attention of this Court to the order dated 09.06.2021 passed by this Court in the above Crl.OP, wherein a direction was given to the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the credit of District Medical Officer, Tiruvarur towards Covid Relief Fund, within a fortnight from the date of receipt of the said order, either by way of Demand Draft (DD) or by Fund Transfer.

It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that presently there is no such authority by name District Medical Officer, Tiruvarur and therefore, he would submit that the petitioners are prepared to deposit the said amount to the credit of the Dean, Trivarur Government Medical College, Tiruvarur towards Covid Relief Fund.

4. In view of the said submission, the order passed by this Court on 09.06.2021 is modified by permitting the petitioners to jointly deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) in lieu of the earlier order to the credit of the Dean, Tiruvarur Medical College Hospital, Tiruvarur, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the order dated 09.06.2021 is modified to this limited extent and the other conditions imposed in the earlier order shall stand unaltered.
