Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the dance programme which is scheduled to be held on 21.07.2015 at Sri Mariamman Temple situated at Kittampatti Village, Papparapatti viz., Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District based on petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2015.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.7.2015 seeking permission to conduct the dance programme at Sri Mariamman Temple situated at Kittampatti Village, Papparapatti viz., Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District on 21.7.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.7.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 20.7.2015. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
