The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 181 days in filing the above Criminal Revision as against the order passed in CMP.No.4467 of 2022 in M.C.No.5 of 2022 dated 14.07.2023 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Tindivanam.

2. Mr.S.Madhar Khan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent and he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
