Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police during at 10.00 a.m. by this hon`ble Court in Order dated 14.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3479 of 2022 and to pass such further order or orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.V.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.UDHAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.3479 of 2022, dated 14.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.
