(CR.NO.85 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.3960 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.NO.4041 of 2022 by order dated 25.03.2022 (i.e) petitioner report before respondent police twice in a month (i.e) 1st and 15th of events month at 10.30 a.m. and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JOEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.RAJ THILAK Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3960 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4041 of 2022 on 25.03.2022, to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) on instruction submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court was complied with by the petitioner. It was further submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report has also been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3960 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4041 of 2022 on 25.03.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the court below during every date of hearing without fail.
