Heard Mr.K.Shyam Sunder, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.N.Balamuralikrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. They submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. The interim orders granted on 12.03.2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 and on 09.03.2015 in M.P.No.2 of 2015, stand dissolved automatically. No costs.
