The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction directing the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of I.A.No.119 of 1/3

2020 in O.S.No.33 of 2016 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of I.A.No.119 of 2020 along with the connected interim applications in O.S.No.33 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. With the above lines, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
