(The case has been heard through video conference) According to the petitioner, the property in Survey No.39/3 measuring an extent of 1.65 acres was owned by the petitioner's father by virtue of settlement patta. After his demise, the petitioner was allotted 0.43 1/2 cents in the said survey number in the oral partition between the petitioner and his brothers and the property was sub-divided into S.No.39/3A2 and the petitioner was issued with a separate patta and the Sub Collector, Hosur also vide his proceedings dated 04.01.2007, has upheld the patta in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.215. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation dated 22.03.2021, to the respondent to register his patta in online, but so far no orders have been passed, hence he filed the present writ petition.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2021 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
