2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on a complaint given by the defacto complainant a petition enquiry is pending and the accused is not co-operating with the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to give instructions to the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry.
