ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court dated 07.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.23046 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent made a submission that the order passed in the writ petition has been stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1166 of 2021, dated 06.05.2021.

3. In view of the submission made, the contempt petition stands closed.
