ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as a Sales Women in the 2nd respondent-Co-operative Society and thereafter, promoted to the Post of Clerk in the year 2008.

2. The petitioner was placed under suspension on initiation of disciplinary proceedings and after conducting an enquiry, she was terminated from service on 10.03.2021. The petitioner filed a statutory revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act before the first respondent on 07.05.2021.

3. This Court is of the considered opinion that undoubtedly, the Revisional authority require some time to consider the revision petition for the purpose of issuing notice and providing opportunities to all the parties. Admittedly, the petitioner submitted the revision petition on 07.05.2021. Therefore, sufficient time is to be granted to the first respondent to conduct 2/5

an enquiry and pass appropriate orders.

In this view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision petition submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.05.2021 under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and conduct an enquiry by affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and by following the procedures and pass final orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
