O R D E R

Challenging the order of the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 18.03.2025, in E.P.No.840 of 2013, ordering delivery, the present revision has been filed.

2.The respondents have filed the suit in O.S.No.7540 of 2000 for declaration and mandatory injunction. The suit has been decreed by the trial Court on 25.04.2012. The application to condone the delay in filing the appeal by the defendants, has also been dismissed. At this stage, the petitioner/judgment debtor has filed an affidavit, dated 10.06.2025, wherein, he has undertaken to vacate the premises on or before 10.09.2025. The affidavit is taken on record.

3.The revision petitioner shall vacate the premises and hand over vacant possession on or before 10.09.2025 as undertaken by him before this Court. In the event of any deviation, the petitioner will be proceeded for

contempt of Court.
