Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Miscellaneous Petition No.01/ 2012/A3 dated 3.7.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

A revision would lie against the order under challenge under section 21 of the H.R.& C.E. Act and the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner that he will go under the said alternative remedy provided. It is also seen that as against the earlier order passed, the petitioner did file a revision.

2 In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file such a revision before the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Status quo shall be maintained till then.
