O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2016, pending on the file of the second respondent to CBCID, Chennai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the 2nd respondent Police have completed the investigation and filed a final report on 05.01.2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. The learned counsel further submitted that as against the final report, the petitioner has also filed a protest petition, which is pending for enquiry.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, at this stage, the prayer to transfer the investigation cannot be considered. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is directed to conduct an enquiry on the protest petition filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petitions is disposed of.
