CR.NO.528/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 27.06.2018 in Crl.O.P.NO.15336 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAGHURAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15336 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 324, 506(ii), 364A, 379 of IPC 1960 and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act 1992 in Crime No.528 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for the past 50 days.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
