ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the report submitted by the committee constituted by the second respondent pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the patta has already been transferred in the name of the petitioner by proceedings dated 02.09.2020, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tahsildar, Sholinganallur.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. In case, the earlier transfer had taken place due to impersonation and fraud, the concerned authority shall also proceed to initiate criminal complaint against the concerned persons. No costs.
