ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 427 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.75 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is the second anticipatory bail petition. It is seen that already the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.5107 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 with certain conditions. However, he has not complied with the conditions. Without complying with the conditions, he has again filed this anticipatory bail petition, which is not legally permissible. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
