Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, Registry may accept the translated English version of the original Tamil version of the Will dated 24.08.2010. O.P.DR.No.44486 of 2024, if the papers are otherwise in order may be numbered.

But, however, authenticated translation should be filed before the Original Petition is disposed of.
