The Official Liquidator as the Liquidator of M/s.Kanna Industries Limited (In Liquidation) ..Applicant This Company Application praying that this Honble Court be pleased to:

a). To take this report on record.

b) To examine the valuation report submitted by ITCOT, the approved valuer and fix the Upset Price for the sale of entire assets both (movable and immovable assets) of the company in liquidation situated at Plot No.5 and 6, SIDCO Indistrial Estate, Mettur Dam. c). To approve the Sale Notice and Terms and Conditions of sale enclosed with this report.

d) To permit the Official Liquidator to publish the sale notice in respect of movables and immovables of the company in liquidation situated at Plot No.5 and 6, SIDCO Indistrial Estate, Mettur Dam. e) To meet out the expenses to be incurred in connection with advertisement charges and other incidental expenses from and out of the Common Pool Fund Account maintained by the Official Liquidator and the same may be recouped from the sale proceeds of the company in liquidation.

f) To permit the Official Liquidator to publish Sale Notice in 'Dina Mani' in Tamil and 'The New Indian Express' in English News paper in Tamilnadu Edition.

This Company Application coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, Deputy Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras for the Applicant herein, and upon reading the order herein dated 25.06.2018, the court made the following order:
