This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court in C.C.No.2675 of 2018 on the file of the CCB/CBCID Special Court, Egmore, Chennai, for offence punishable under Sections 408,420 and 120(B) IPC.

2.Heard learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.It is also seen that in Crl.O.P.No.7624 of 2019, though this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings as against the accused 6 to 8, this Court by an order 22.03.2019, ordered dispense with the personal appearance of the accused No.8, before the trial Court. Therefore, the petitioners are also entitled for the same relief and their personal appearance before the trial Court is dispensed with in C.C.No.2675 of 2018 and they shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application.
