A.Nos.2253 & 2255 of 2024 in C.S.No.50 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

Pursuant to the mediation, the parties to the suit entered into a compromise, and based on the compromise memo, a decree was passed by this Court on 03.08.2023. Due to an error in describing Schedule A and Schedule B properties in the compromise memo, same error has been reflected in the drafted decree, causing inconvenience to the parties while registering the property. Hence these applications have been filed to make necessary amendments to the description of Item No.1 of 'A' schedule property and Item No.2 of 'B' schedule property in the compromise decree dated 03.08.2023.

2.

This Court, vide order dated 13.11.2024, directed the Mediator to review the records and submit his report. Accordingly, the Mediator has filed an Addendum to the Family Agreement dated 28.11.2024 signed by the parties and their respective counsels along with a clean copy of the Memo of Family Settlement.

3.

Considering the Mediator's report dated 2.12.2024, the Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the decree passed on the compromise entered into between the parties. Accordingly, both the applications are allowed. 04.12.2024 rpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
